Feeding a Love For Reading
Early literacy (reading) development begins in the first years of life and is closely linked to a child’s earliest experiences with books and stories to promote language development. What can early educators do to help FEED a LOVE for READING in young children? It’s simple…make reading FUN! In this interactive training, participants will learn how to make reading fun and engaging, while better understanding the importance of early literacy. Participants will even get a chance to make a homemade book of their own!
