I’m happy to introduce to you our Quality Rating Improvement System Team, Stars Outreach Specialists (SOS), Misti Denton, Tiffany McPherson, Amanda Rietz, and Bree Dies! Click on each name below to find contact information for each SOS, including a breakdown of the counties that each of them cover.

Amanda has been with Child Care Services since 2017; she has previously worked as a Licensing Specialist and as a CCS Quality Coach.

Bree has worked at DHS for 12 years and with Child Care Services for 9 of those years; she has been both a Licensing Specialist and Supervisor in Northwest Oklahoma.

Misti has been with DHS for 22 years and with Child Care Services for 17 of those years; she has been a Licensing Specialist, Licensing Supervisor, and Stars Outreach Specialist (SOS).

Tiffany has worked for DHS for 13 years and with Child Care Services for 10 of those years; she has been a Licensing Specialist, Consultation and Technical Support Specialist (CATSS), and a Stars Outreach Specialist (SOS).

We have developed four SOS regions to serve all licensed child care providers in the state. The regions include Northeast-Misti Denton, Northwest-Bree Dies, Southeast-Tiffany McPherson, and Southwest-Amanda Rietz.
