Partnering With Parents!

In this course, child care providers will learn about not only the importance of good communication with parents but also strategies to strengthen and support the daily, weekly, monthly interactions with parents.

We will address what to do when communication is challenging, such as:

• How to communicate when there are concerns about a child's development or behaviors;

• Strengthening communication among parents as supports for each other; and

• Connecting parents to resources and community organizations when circumstances or needs require additional help.
