We will be exploring with dinosaurs this month. We will incorporate science, mathematics, and motor skills in all our "Roarsome" expeditions. For the science aspect, we will be discussing and identifying the physical characteristics of the dinosaurs. We will be introducing new vocabulary words such as smooth, rough, sharp, etc. We will also identify colors using dinosaurs. For the incorporation of mathematics, we will be counting and quantifying with our dinosaurs. We will practice the numbers 1-3 using our dinosaur matching cards. For our motor skills enhancement, we will be acting out dinosaur walks, as well as discovering our paleontologist skills by excavating dinosaur fossils.
