Parents,
The month of September has come to a close. We have been enjoying a lot more time outside. I will be sending home messages via Kid Reports soon to let you know if your child is in need of more weather-appropriate clothing, so be on the look-out for that soon! We will definitely need 2-3 sets of clothes because we get quite messy here in T2, and we want to make sure they have plenty of clothes to change into. Also, a light jacket is helpful for those chillier mornings. If you have rain boots or some kind of water-resistant shoes and would like to bring those, you can. The grass is quite wet in the mornings.
The month of October is sure to be just as much fun! I have also ordered each one of the children small pumpkins that they will paint any way they chose. I also have ordered a large pumpkin that we will cut open and explore the insides. I am so excited to see the expressions on their faces, and I am hoping to capture those expressions so that I can send the pictures to you all.
We continue to work on our social skills and learning to use our words when we need or want something. We also are continuing to work on our social/emotional skills and learning how to label our emotions and how to handle them as well.
Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to care for your little ones. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to let me know.
